MBR process principle:

MBR is a new type of high-efficiency sewage treatment process that combines high-efficiency membrane separation technology with traditional activated sludge method. The unique MBR flat sheet membrane module is placed in the aeration tank, through aerobic aeration and The biologically treated water is filtered by the pump through the filter membrane and then pumped out. The membrane separation equipment is used to intercept the activated sludge and macromolecular organic matter in the biochemical reaction tank, eliminating the secondary settling tank and greatly increasing the concentration of activated sludge. It can control the sludge retention time (SRT) and hydraulic retention time (HRT) separately, so as to achieve good treatment for the continuous degradation and reaction of the difficult-to-degrade substances in the reactor. effect.
